Who this describes

It covers visitors to this marketing website. It also describes, at a high level, information a future SupplyVero account would need. It is not a description of a live production database, because this site does not run one.

Information this website collects

The static marketing site does not ask you to create an account and does not run advertising or analytics cookies.

• If you use the contact form before an endpoint is configured, the message stays in the browser and is not sent.
• If a contact endpoint is later configured, the form will send the name, email, optional company, inquiry type, and message you submit.
• The host that serves the site may keep standard connection logs, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested. SupplyVero does not add a separate tracker for that.

Information the platform is designed to process

When accounts exist, the product is expected to process:

• Account and team details, such as name, business email, and role.
• Store identifiers needed to import listings to a connected selling platform.
• Supplier account or feed details needed to read catalog, inventory, and order data.
• Order and fulfillment records that a supported supplier workflow requires.

That processing will be described again, with the actual providers named, before those features collect data.

How information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries, operate the service, secure accounts, and show merchants their own sourcing data. It is not sold as a marketing list. SupplyVero does not publish customer counts or testimonials from this data.

Suppliers and service providers

A supplier receives order and shipping details only when a merchant submits an eligible order to that supplier. Hosting, email, and payment providers will be named in this policy when they are contracted. No payment card data is collected on this marketing site.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies. See the Cookie Policy. If that changes, the policy will be updated first.

Retention and security

Contact messages, once a real endpoint exists, should be kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the request. Account retention periods will be set before accounts launch. Access to production systems is meant to be limited to people who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. Send a privacy request through the contact page and state that it is a privacy inquiry. Because a dedicated privacy mailbox is not published yet, SupplyVero cannot promise a response time on this draft.
