Terms of Service

These terms describe how the SupplyVero website, and the platform when an account is offered, are intended to be used. They are a working draft, not legal advice and not a binding customer agreement.

Eligibility and accounts

The public website is informational. If SupplyVero later offers accounts, they are intended for businesses and for people who can enter a contract for a business. Account holders will be responsible for keeping login credentials private, for the users they invite, and for the accuracy of store and supplier information they submit.

The service

SupplyVero is a product sourcing and supplier connectivity platform. It is being built to help merchants discover products, connect suppliers, import listings, synchronize inventory and costs, and manage supported fulfillment workflows. It is not a manufacturer of the products suppliers list, and it is not the carrier.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Founding Access is described as $0 during a limited early-access period. Starter ($19 per month), Growth ($39 per month), and Pro ($79 per month) are proposed prices. They are not an offer you can accept by using this website, and there is no checkout here. Before any paid plan opens, SupplyVero will present the price, the billing period, how to cancel, and what happens to imported data. Supplier product costs, shipping, taxes, and third-party charges are separate from a platform subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or, when available, the platform to:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else’s intellectual property.
  • Upload malware, probe the service without permission, or disrupt other users.
  • Misrepresent a supplier relationship, stock level, or delivery promise to a customer.
  • List prohibited products described in the supplier policy.
  • Scrape or resell SupplyVero data in a way the product terms do not allow.

Supplier integrations and third-party services

Supplier and store connections are provided by third parties. Their availability, data quality, fees, and outages are outside SupplyVero’s sole control. A connection is listed on the integrations page only after it has been tested for the advertised use. Connecting an account may require you to accept that provider’s terms and to pay that provider directly.

Product data and intellectual property

Product descriptions, images, and trademarks remain subject to the rights of the supplier or other rights holders. Importing a product does not transfer those rights. You are responsible for having permission to use supplier content in your store and for the retail listing you publish. SupplyVero’s name, symbol, and site design stay with SupplyVero. The brand mark should not be redrawn or used to imply a partnership that does not exist.

Orders, fulfillment, and limits

When automated ordering is available, it will still depend on supplier payment, stock, and account rules. SupplyVero does not guarantee that every order can be submitted, that tracking will arrive, or that a delivery date will be met. Merchants remain responsible for what they promise their own customers.

Availability, changes, and termination

The website and platform may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Early access can end. SupplyVero may refuse or close access that creates legal, security, or operational risk. A final agreement will describe what notice looks like and what happens to customer data on closure.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to a final agreement, SupplyVero is not the seller of record for supplier products and is not liable for supplier stock errors, carrier delays, or store-platform outages. Nothing on this draft page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Caps on liability and warranty disclaimers will be stated in the agreement presented before paid use.

Disputes

Governing law, venue, and any informal resolution step will be named when the legal entity is confirmed. Until then, questions about these draft terms can be sent through the contact page.
